What You’ll Do

• Design & Sales Consulting: Deliver expert interior and furniture consultancy to walk-in showroom guests and trade/project clients with professional knowledge and warmth.

• Client Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end client experience, handling inquiries on sales, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support with professionalism and care.

• Showroom Operations: Keep the showroom running smoothly and efficiently to ensure an inspiring visitor experience and drive sales profitability.

• Administrative Support: Assist with seamless day-to-day showroom administration.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales, preferably in luxury lifestyle, high-end furniture, or interior design.

• Communication: Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

• Personality: A charismatic, goal-oriented communicator who thrives in a team environment and loves helping clients bring their design visions to life.

• Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
