Job Title: Marketing Executive

[Role Overview]

As a Marketing Executive in the logistics sector, your primary mission is to enhance our brand visibility and support business growth in a highly competitive B2B landscape. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that communicate our supply chain expertise, digital capabilities, and service reliability to global and local clients.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Content Strategy & Brand Messaging:

    • Develop compelling marketing collateral, including company profiles, service brochures, and whitepapers focused on industry trends (e.g., Cold Chain, Last-mile Delivery, or Green Logistics).

    • Draft impactful Case Studies that highlight how our logistics solutions optimized client operations and reduced costs.

  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

    • Manage and grow our professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant industry platforms.

    • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to ensure our services (e.g., Freight Forwarding, 3PL, Warehousing) rank high for targeted keywords.

    • Oversee Email Marketing (EDM) campaigns to nurture leads and keep existing clients informed about peak season schedules or new route launches.

  • Event Management:

    • Coordinate the company’s participation in international logistics trade fairs, supply chain summits, and corporate webinars.

    • Handle booth design, promotional merchandise, and on-site logistics to ensure a professional brand image.

  • Sales Support & Market Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitor activities and logistics market fluctuations to provide actionable insights.

    • Support the Business Development team by refining Tender/RFP documents and creating high-quality pitch presentations.

  • Internal Communications:

    • Liaise with regional offices and operations teams to ensure marketing messages align with actual service capabilities.

[Requirements]

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing. B2B experience is essential; prior experience in Logistics, Shipping, or E-commerce fulfillment is a significant advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus for global roles).

    • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce, and CMS platforms.

    • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing for social media are highly preferred.

  • Attributes:

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • A proactive learner who stays updated on "Logtech" (Logistics Technology) and global trade shifts.
