Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily sales of products or services, including face-to-face promotion, telephone marketing and customer consultation and answer, actively explore potential customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Based on the company's sales targets and market strategies, develop personal sales plans, regularly track progress, and submit sales reports and market feedback on time.
- Familiar with the characteristics, functions, application scenarios and competitive advantages of the products sold, and able to provide professional advice and customization solutions for different customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer service teams to handle order execution, shipping arrangements, returns and exchanges, etc. to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Participate in retail operations or exhibition support activities, including display and arrangement, promotional execution, on-site explanation and immediate sales conversion, to enhance brand exposure and conversion rate.
Work requirements
- Aged 18 or above, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities, basic English conversation skills are preferred; Cantonese is the main communication language, and Mandarin ability is sufficient for basic exchange.
- No specific academic qualifications or industry experience is required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; those with retail, telecommunications, insurance, education and training, or consumer goods sales experience will be given priority.
- Outgoing and proactive personality, good communication skills and empathy, patient listening to customer needs, and building trust relationships with a sincere attitude.
- Have basic numerical sensitivity, be able to understand sales reports, commission calculation methods and simple inventory concepts; be able to operate smartphones and common office software (such as WhatsApp, Excel tables) fluently
- Willing to accept flexible work hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts; must have a sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and be able to perform steadily in a goal-oriented environment.
