Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Answer inquiries, process complaints, record customer information, and coordinate departmental problem solving

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and provide professional, friendly and immediate query resolution and support services.

  • Properly handle customer complaints, clarify the core of the problem, coordinate relevant departments to develop and follow up on a satisfactory solution.

  • Accurately record and update customer basic information, contact records, service history and complaint details to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Support the team in executing daily service indicators (such as call connect rate, first-time resolution rate, customer satisfaction, etc.), and maintain high-quality service standards.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Cantonese, with clear expression and good listening skills; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.

  • No academic qualifications and work experience restrictions, fresh graduates and job seekers are welcome to apply; those with customer service awareness are preferred.

  • Have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM system operations are preferred.

  • Steady and patient personality, strong empathy, able to maintain a professional attitude and rationally handle emotional dialogue under pressure.

  • Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hire arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa or other legal work permit.
