Assistant to the General Manager of Hong Kong Company

One. Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy and decision support

   • Collect industry dynamics and subsidiary operating data, provide decision-making reference for the general manager;

   • Participate in the formulation of the annual plan of the subsidiary, and track the progress of goal completion.

2. Administrative and human resources support

   • Draft important documents (such as business analysis, government application materials);

   • Handle daily administrative and human resources affairs (such as MPF contribution, tax reporting, recruitment assistance)

3. Cross-departmental coordination and follow-up

   • Coordinate production, quality, and other department resources to push forward major project progress;

   • Follow up on headquarters instructions and Hong Kong GMP construction progress, and regularly feedback on implementation status.

4. External coordination work

   • Follow up on business progress of Hong Kong and Mainland China cooperation enterprises;

   • Assist in handling Hong Kong Health Department related affairs, follow up on product registration transfer matters.

II. Employment qualifications (talent profile)

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, medical, pharmaceutical, management and other related fields of study are preferred;

• Work experience: More than 1 year of relevant work experience, with a pharmaceutical or related industry background preferred;

• Ability requirements:

  • Have strong information collection, analysis and public writing abilities;

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently promote cross-departmental and external affairs;

  • Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel;
