Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the daily operation of the warehouse at the Good View Commercial Center on Flower Garden Street, including goods receipt and delivery, inspection, sorting, shelving, inventory and delivery arrangements, ensuring efficient and accurate turnover of clothing and retail goods.

• Coordinate warehouse resource allocation and human scheduling, guide and supervise warehouse teams to execute standard operating procedures (SOP), and continuously optimize inventory turnover rate and space utilization efficiency.

• Proficient in operating warehouse management system (WMS) and Microsoft Excel and other office software, regularly producing inventory reports, in and out of warehouse analysis and abnormal data tracking, supporting procurement and sales decisions.

• As a cross-departmental collaboration hub, actively communicate and coordinate with store operations, procurement, logistics and e-commerce teams to meet the demand for replenishment, return and exchange handling and peak season inventory planning.

• Strictly enforce safety and compliance management, implement fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention and quality control measures for goods, regularly inspect warehouse environment and equipment conditions, and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.

Work requirements

• Able to familiarly use warehouse management systems and common office software, with good data processing abilities, numerical sensitivity, and the ability to independently complete report compilation and basic analysis.

• Have excellent Cantonese communication skills, be able to coordinate daily work and process documents in Mandarin and basic English; have cross-team collaboration awareness and problem-solving oriented thinking.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and stability, able to maintain high execution efficiency and adaptability in the fast-paced and changing retail environment, and to cope with seasonal peak work pressure.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa, and other valid Hong Kong work permits; academic qualifications are not limited, and there is no mandatory age requirement.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary range is from HKD 22,000 to 24,000, specific amount can be negotiated based on experience and ability.

• Working hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily, with flexible work arrangements that can be negotiated.

• Working location is at No. 10, Garden Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is conveniently located near the Mong Kok station of the MTR.
