Create graphics, videos, scripts, and other content based on your brand's personality and optimize your exposure

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, writing and producing image content that is consistent with the brand's personality, covering social platform posts, blog articles, e-newsletters, etc. various forms.

• Independent or collaborative teams shoot, edit and publish short video content (such as IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), and optimize format and rhythm for different platform characteristics.

• Write persuasive and creative film scripts, coordinate the shooting process, and coordinate models, locations, and equipment for execution details.

• Continuously track content data performance (including click-through rate, engagement rate, conversion rate, and exposure), and adjust content strategy through A/B testing and platform algorithm logic.

• Coordinate with digital marketing activities and produce integrated content planning to support SEO, social group advertising and KOL cooperation across departments.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to carry out natural and fluent local language feeling in oral creation and dubbing; those with basic Mandarin and English reading and writing abilities are especially good.

• Familiar with mainstream social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) content ecosystems and audience behaviors, with practical operation experience.

• Have basic image processing skills (such as using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or Premiere Pro tools), and be able to independently complete graphic design and video editing.

• High sensitivity to popular culture, consumption trends and online topics, able to quickly respond and transform into highly contagious original content.

• Responsibility and time management skills, able to deliver high-quality content on time in parallel with multiple tasks, and accept flexible work hours and occasional overtime demands.
