Develop and implement key account strategies: Develop different strategies, actively search for new enterprises and large customers as well as customers assigned by the company, implement comprehensive new customer development management plans, and ensure that these plans comply with our business objectives and customer strategies.
Business development: Actively explore and seek new business opportunities in the B2B field, focusing on corporate gift orders, large-scale event catering, and other customized solutions.
Establish and maintain partnerships: Build long-term cooperative relationships with decision-makers of major customers, understand their needs and provide excellent services to exceed expectations.
Sales forecasting and target achievement: Ensure accurate sales forecasts and achieve designated key customer sales targets for specific categories.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure that customers' different product needs are met, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide high-quality products.
Market analysis and competitor monitoring: Track competitors' activities and market trends to gain valuable insights and drive forward-thinking strategic actions.
Promotion and execution: Plan and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for key accounts. It is also required to suggest a pricing system, complete discussions with customers, and complete the documents and contracts required for transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a large customer strategy:Develop different strategies, actively seek out new enterprises and large customers as well as customers assigned by the company, implement a comprehensive new customer expansion management plan, and ensure that these plans align with our business goals and customer strategies.
Business expansion:Actively explore and seek new business opportunities in the B2B field, with a focus on corporate gift orders, large-scale event catering services, and other customized solutions.
Establish and maintain good relationships:Establish long-term partnership with key decision-makers of large customers, understand their needs and provide excellent services to exceed expectations.
Sales forecasting and goal achievement:Ensure accurate sales predictions and achieve the designated product category's large customer sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams:Closely cooperate with the market, manufacturing and logistics team to ensure that we can meet the different product needs of customers, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide high-quality products.
Market analysis and competitive monitoring:Track competitor activities and market trends to gain valuable insights and drive proactive strategy actions.
Promotion and execution:Plan and execute promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales of large customers. Suggest pricing systems, complete negotiations with customers, and complete transaction-related documents and contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience developing new clients and new markets.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar management role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a deep understanding of Hong Kong and Chinese cultures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
4 years or more of rich management experience as a large customer manager or similar position, those with fast-moving consumer goods or food industry experience are preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Self-motivation, result-oriented, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to fluently use English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and have a deep understanding of Hong Kong and Chinese culture
