Responsible for daily cleaning of specified commercial buildings, office buildings or public facilities in the Quan Wan District, including sweeping, mopping, wiping handrails, glass and public facility surfaces, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Regularly deep clean and disinfect the bathroom, replenish hand soap, tissues, and aromatherapy products, and maintain normal facility function and user comfort.
Cooperate with the supervisor to arrange and execute night or special cleaning tasks (such as carpet vacuuming, floor waxing, high-rise glass cleaning support, etc.), ensure service quality meets the management company's standards.
Pay attention to the operation of the facilities in the floor (such as lighting failure, water leakage, damaged signs, etc.), report abnormal situations to your supervisor in real time, and assist in maintaining the safety and order of the place.
Work requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong identity card, and do not need relevant academic qualifications or professional qualifications. Newcomers are welcome to apply.
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand simple written instructions (such as cleaning process labels, safety notices); understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
Good physical condition, able to stand for a long time, bend and move cleaning tools (such as buckets, vacuum cleaners, garbage bags, etc.), and adapt to indoor and part of outdoor floor work environment.
Hard-working and responsible, with the ability to complete daily tasks independently, and also able to cooperate with the team and adjust temporarily.
