Job Description
Duties include:<br>1. Product development and quotation<br>a) Connect with the US sales team, deeply understand the specific needs of customers, including styles, raw materials, price range, etc., and combine<br>Customer characteristics and requirements, assist in product development<br>b) Follow up on product development process, communicate and coordinate with design, suppliers, etc., ensure that the developed products meet customer needs, and<br>Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during development and drive their resolution.<br>c) Combine the price range of similar products in the market and the company's gross profit margin requirements, coordinate resources and formulate a competitive quotation<br>Case, provide competitive product suggestions and quotations to customers.<br>2. Supplier system setup and maintenance<br><br>Matched supplier resource library.<br>b) Supplier maintenance: Lead and core suppliers in annual framework negotiations, clarify quality standards and requirements. Regular<br>Assess suppliers’ capabilities, and when supplier quality fluctuations, delivery delays, etc. occur, coordinate with alternative suppliers to ensure<br>Disorderly order promotion.<br>3. Order execution<br>a) Order fulfillment and scheduling: Select suppliers that match the customer's product, price, quality, and delivery date, and arrange for order fulfillment and scheduling<br>Single<br>b) Order production progress and quality control: Detailed verification of order information (product specifications, quantities, delivery dates, etc.), and formulation<br><br>Quality issues, etc., be promptly coordinated and resolved to ensure timely delivery of orders<br>c) Shipment arrangements: Responsible for the overall shipment of orders, coordinating with customs and logistics departments, and reasonably arranging shipments.<br>4. Market and customer demand analysis<br>a) Focus on the US market, pay attention to market dynamics, analyze customer purchasing preferences and competitive situation, and provide insights for the company's product categories<br>Provide data support for expansion and customer development.<br>b) Timely feedback to the US sales team and internal relevant departments on customer demand for different product categories and market trends,<br>Push for product optimization and business strategy adjustments<br>Job Requirements<br>1. Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above, international trade, clothing major background is preferred.<br>2. Work experience: More than 5 years of full process management experience in the clothing industry, familiar with mao ni, cotton knitting, and woven clothing categories; those who have experience in operations are preferred.<br>Experience in working with large supermarkets or discount stores such as WM, JCP, Ross, Sams, Costco, etc., is preferred.<br>First. Familiar with the whole process of foreign trade, and able to independently complete customer development and order management. <br>3. Language requirement: English can be used as a working language, with English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and able to communicate with the US sales team and customers<br>Smooth business communication<br>4. Professional skills<br>a) Proficient in clothing cost calculation model, able to independently complete complex style quotation calculation<br>b) Have access to more than 10 high-quality clothing suppliers (Southeast Asia, Guangdong, Guangxi and other overseas regions Supply chain resources<br>Source), with successful development of high-quality suppliers and establish long-term cooperation cases. <br>c) Understand the foreign trade business operation process (letter of credit, bill of lading, customs declaration, etc.)<br>5.
