Job Description

Our customers are well-known brands in the pet food industry, deeply trusted by all Hong Kong "masters" and parents. Because of their high brand market share and strong product power, they are currently seeking a business-minded and marketing-sensitive person to join their team.Sales & Account Executive Join their core team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Free Cold Call:

  2. Consultative Sales: You are not a "salesperson", but the store owner'sBrand Consultant.

  3. Marketing Driven: The focus is on how to help the store owner brainstorm and promote sales, achieving a win-win sales growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • B2B Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit pet retail partners to maintain long-term strategic relationships and enhance customer loyalty.

  • Channel promotion strategy: Work with the store owner to plan In-store Marketing (such as window display, tasting event, and limited-time promotion), ensuring product Sell-through.

  • Brand image monitoring: Manage POSM promotional materials for the store to ensure that the brand display is in the best position.

  • Market intelligence analysis:Insight into market trends, collection of competitor movements, and provision of professional optimization advice to brand owners.

  • Large event representative: Participate in annual pet exhibitions, directly contact consumers, and showcase brand strength.

Work requirements:

  • Communication and negotiation skills: Have excellent social skills and be able to build deep trust with different types of store owners.

  • Marketing Touch: Not only do you need to know how to quote, but you also need to know how to help the store owner increase sales and have basic retail psychology knowledge.

  • Self-discipline management ability: Able to independently manage multiple accounts, carefully follow up on inventory, display and promotional progress.

  • Relevant background: Candidates with 1 to 2 years of sales experience in F&B, retail or pet industry are preferred.
