Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily operations and management of the store, ensuring smooth operation and achievement of the company's sales targets.

2. Coordinate internal human resources, arrange employee shifts, supervise service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Manage inventory and product display, regularly inventory goods, and ensure that store goods are supplied in sufficient quantity and neatly displayed.

4. Design and implement promotion activities, analyze sales data, and propose improvement measures to enhance performance.

5. Maintain the store's environmental hygiene and safety, follow the company's relevant policies and regulations, and handle emergencies.

Requirements:

1. Have at least two years of retail or related service industry management experience, those who have actual experience in leading a team are preferred.

2. Familiar with the retail industry operating process, with good business sensitivity and market insight.

3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively motivate team members, and push for goal achievement.

4. Honest and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and able to adapt to flexible working hours.

5. Basic computer operations skills, familiar with office software applications, and able to use systems for data analysis and report preparation.
