<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of outdoor and warehouse photocopiers to ensure normal operation of the equipment.</p></li><li><p>Go to the customer site to inspect and maintain the copier, and promptly discover and solve potential problems.</p></li><li><p>Record the details of each maintenance or repair, and establish a complete equipment maintenance file.</p></li><li><p>Assist in handling the testing and start-up work of new equipment, ensure that it meets technical standards and customer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support and suggestions based on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.</p></li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have at least two years of experience in repairing photocopiers.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in the hardware structure and software operation of the photocopier, able to quickly locate the cause of the failure.</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills, and be able to maintain professional and friendly interactions with customers.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Applicants with basic knowledge of motors or electronics will be given priority. <br></p></li></ul><p><br>Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Monthly salary range is HKD 15,000 to 20,000, depending on personal ability and experience.
