Responsible for daily store cash register operations, including cash, credit cards, electronic payments, and various payment methods for settlement and receipt processing to ensure accurate amounts.
Daily cash count, report filling, and payment after business hours, strictly following financial procedures and internal control standards.
Assist in shift management, coordinate shift schedules based on manpower needs and colleagues’ available time slots, and promptly update and notify relevant personnel.
Act as the main liaison window between the store and the company's administrative department, handling personnel changes, leave approval and reimbursement, equipment application, etc. Administrative support items.
Maintain the cash register area clean and equipment in normal operation, regularly check printers, barcode scanners, POS systems, etc., and report any abnormalities for immediate repair.
Work requirements
Have basic computer skills, be familiar with Excel, Word and other commonly used office software, and be able to independently complete shift schedule creation and administrative document reporting.
Careful and responsible, with good numerical sensitivity and cash handling experience, those with no major cash register errors are preferred.
Have basic communication and coordination skills, be able to properly handle shift scheduling needs among colleagues, and clearly communicate administrative policies and process changes.
High school diploma or above, those with retail, dining or service industry cash handling experience are preferred; those with no experience can receive training.
