Job Responsibilities

• Based on the current situation of the customer's website and business objectives, independently complete SEO diagnostic analysis, formulate specific and executable monthly/project-based optimization strategies, and clearly quantify the expected results (such as keyword ranking improvement, natural traffic growth rate, conversion rate improvement, etc.).

• Responsible for keyword research, on-page structure optimization, content strategy planning, technical SEO testing (including mobile device adaptation, page loading speed, Schema markup, HTTPS setting, etc.), external link quality evaluation and building suggestions

• Regularly output SEO performance reports, covering key performance indicators (such as search visibility, core keyword ranking changes, natural traffic trends, bounce rate and average session duration), and propose data-driven continuous optimization suggestions

• Maintain efficient communication with customers, clarify requirements, synchronize progress, answer technical questions, and if necessary, collaborate with front-end development or content teams to implement technical adjustments and content deployment

Work requirements

• Have 5 to 10 years of actual SEO execution experience, familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, etc. mainstream tools operation, with e-commerce, B2B, local service type website success case is better

• Proficient in optimizing Chinese content logic, while also having English and Mandarin communication skills, able to independently write bilingual SEO briefs and technical documents, and Cantonese as the main language of daily communication

• Familiar with the search ecosystem in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, understand the platform algorithm characteristics and geographical ranking factors of Baidu, Google Hong Kong, Yahoo Hong Kong, etc.

• Have basic web technology understanding, be able to identify common HTML/CSS/JavaScript impact on SEO, and be able to accurately collaborate with developers to handle crawler obstacles, indexing issues, and structured data deployment
