Duties:
One. Responsible for the full life cycle management of fund projects, from establishment, issuance to post-investment operation, etc. Smoothly carry out each link;
Three. Review fund issuance documents to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Four. Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants and other professionals to ensure the smooth progress of the fund establishment process.
Five. Follow up on investors’ entry progress and ensure that all required documents are completed on time.
Six. Analyze post-investment data, evaluate fund performance and identify optimization directions.
Seven. Work closely with the investment team to provide product design and optimization suggestions
Requirements:
One. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least two years of experience in Hong Kong fund middle office management;
Three. Have in-depth understanding of Hong Kong fund market, familiar with the operation process and risk management of Hong Kong fund products
Four. At the same time, we have offshore Cayman and BVI fund management experience
Five. Have web3 work experience

3. Vet fund offering documents to ensure full adherence to regulatory mandates.
4. Liaise with legal counsel, accountants and other professionals to streamline the fund establishment process.
5. Monitor investor onboarding progress and ensure timely finalization of all requisite documentation.
6. Analyze post-investment data to evaluate fund performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
7. Collaborate closely with the investment team to advise on product design and enhancements.
8. Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., legal advisors, company secretaries, custodians) to ensure the accuracy of legal documents and application materials, facilitate cross-party communication, and deliver timely progress updates to management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years’ middle-office management experience in Hong Kong’s fund sector.
2. Strong project management capabilities; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and deliver outcomes on schedule.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong fund market, with proficiency in operational workflows and risk management of Hong Kong fund products.
4. Hands-on experience in fund administration for offshore jurisdictions (Cayman Islands, BVI).
5. With relevant Web3 work experience
6. Hong Kong-based.
