Duties:
2. In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, completing requirement collection, prototype design, PRD writing, version iteration, etc. the whole product process.
3. Responsible for job posting, talent search, intelligent matching, communication process, etc. Design and optimize the core modules.
4. Based on data metrics for analysis and validation, continuously improve delivery conversion rate, job exposure, recommendation effectiveness, and user activity.
5. Collaborate with technology, operations, and sales teams to push products to market, and conduct post-launch retrospectives and improvements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with product-related majors are preferred.
2. More than 2 years of product manager experience, with at least 1 year of recruitment platform/talent market/ATS experience (such as Boss, Liepin, LinkedIn, Maimai, Lago, Indeed, JobStreet, etc.).
3. Have a deep understanding of the recruitment industry chain.
4. Have strong logical and business abstraction abilities, and be able to decompose complex processes into standardized product functions.
5. Have strong data analysis skills, able to use data to drive decisions and optimize effects.
6. Good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, promoting efficient cooperation among multiple teams.
Have Web3 product experience or understanding of the Web3 ecosystem;
Have AI-related product experience (smart recommendations, AI resume screening, AI interview assistance) ;
We have experience in building new products from scratch.
