Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing effective marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and target market

Conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies

Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events

Maintaining and enhancing the brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity

Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

Leading and mentoring the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth

Analyzing campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools, and adjusting strategies based on data insights

Working closely with frontline staffs and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives

Developing initiatives to engage customers and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies and technologies to enhance reach and effectiveness

We are looking for:

Develop and liaise with agencies /designer on marketing collaterals

Background and Experience

Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines

Preferably 5 years’ experience in beauty or fitness industry

Knowledge on graphic design is preferred

Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
