Strategic planning and system construction
1.1 Develop and promote the implementation of the company's long-term supply chain development strategy, ensuring its consistency with the company's overall business objectives.
1.2 Lead design and continuous optimization of the end-to-end supply chain network model covering planning, procurement, production, warehousing, logistics (domestic and international) and reverse logistics.
1.3 Establish and improve the supply chain management system, including its policies, processes, standards, and performance indicators (KPI & OKR).
1.4 Gain insights into industry trends and cutting-edge technologies (such as digital supply chain, AI prediction, automation, etc.), and drive the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain through innovation.
Daily operations and exceptional execution
2.2 Procurement and Supplier Management: Establish a strategic supplier sourcing, evaluation, certification and performance management system. Lead key material negotiations and build a solid, efficient, and resilient supplier ecosystem.
2.4 Storage and inventory management: Plan and manage the national and even global warehouse network, implement advanced inventory management strategies (such as VMI, JIT), optimize inventory turnover, and reduce holding costs and obsolescence risk.
2.5 Logistics and distribution management: Coordinate and manage all inward and outward logistics activities, including transportation service provider management, route planning, cost control and timeliness assurance; be familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics, overseas warehouses and customs clearance procedures;
Cross-departmental collaboration and integration
3.2 Ensure that supply chain information flow, physical flow, and financial flow are smoothly, transparently, and efficiently running across departments.
3.3 Lead the implementation, upgrade and optimization of ERP (such as Oracle, SAP, Kingdee Cloud Xinghan) or SCM, OMS systems, break through information islands, and achieve all-chain data-driven decision making.
Team leadership and talent development
4.1 Provide comprehensive leadership, motivation and development to the supply chain team, and create a high-performance organizational culture.
4.3 Set clear team and individual performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations and coaching.
Risk Management and Cost Control
5.1 Establish a comprehensive supply chain risk identification, evaluation, warning and emergency response mechanism, effectively responding to geopolitical, customs policy changes, supplier disruptions, etc. )
5.2 Lead the full chain cost analysis, formulate and implement cost control strategies, and continuously optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
5.3 Responsible for the compilation, execution and control of supply chain-related budgets.
Job Qualification Requirements
Education and experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, financial accounting, etc.
2. At least 12 years of supply chain-related field work experience, of which at least 10 years are in a management position, and with at least 8 years of comprehensive management experience as a supply chain director or equivalent position.
3. Must have dual manufacturing and cross-border e-commerce/B2C field industry background, deeply understand the supply chain challenges and systemic solutions in the two modes.
Professional knowledge and skills:
1. Proficient in large-scale ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Kingdee Cloud Xinghan, and Cogsworth), with successful experience in leading or deeply participating in system implementation or major upgrades.
2. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain modules, professional knowledge and practical experience, and end-to-end full chain management ability.
3. Proficient in the use of AI and data analysis tools, able to gain insights into business problems through data and drive decision optimization.
4. Familiar with China's export control policies and key markets (such as the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.) tariffs and customs compliance procedures, and have the ability to build a trade compliance internal control system.
5. Have excellent systemic problem-solving skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability, strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to a high-intensity work environment.
6. Proficient in efficient communication and business negotiations with domestic manufacturers and logistics service providers.
7. Language requirements: Mandarin + Cantonese + English.
1. Past industry and our company's business are highly related.
2. Have complete experience in building and managing an e-commerce team from scratch or from 1 to 10.
3. Able to accept long-term business trips and have stable cooperation experience with domestic manufacturers and service providers for many years.
