Work functions

• Responsible for professional sales of cameras and related photographic equipment, providing customers with product introduction, technical consultation and use guidance, and improving purchasing experience and brand loyalty.

• Proactively understand customer needs, recommend suitable camera models, lenses, accessories and extended services (such as maintenance and upgrade plans), and achieve personal and team sales targets.

• Maintain the boutique image and product display, ensure that the goods are clean and orderly, the labels are clear, and the display is professional, in line with the brand's visual standards and seasonal promotion themes.

• Daily accurate record of sales data, inventory changes and customer feedback, timely submission of sales reports, and assistance to the supervisor in analyzing market trends and sales performance.

• Participate in brand training and internal product knowledge update courses, and continuously grasp the latest camera technology, market dynamics and luxury retail service standards.
  Work requirements

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, complying with local employment and work visa related regulations.

• Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent oral expression and listening skills, able to interact with customers in a natural, confident and infectious way.

• Have basic knowledge of camera brands (such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Leica, etc.), photographic techniques and industry ecology; those with luxury goods, ready-to-wear, leather goods or watch sales experience are especially welcome.

• Have basic sales awareness and service enthusiasm, be able to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment, and maintain stable work performance under shift work (09:00–22:00).

• No academic qualifications are required, and freshers with less than one year of experience are welcome to apply; they must have a sense of responsibility, team spirit and a willingness to learn, and be able to meet the operational needs of the causeway bay store.
