Key Technical skills-
Real Estate industry ERP system finance module design and implementation
Key Requirement -
- Bring Real Estate industry knowledge or strong cross‑market finance ERP implementation experience to guide process design and harmonization.
- Must be a Cantonese speaker with fluent English, capable of bridging communication across markets and stakeholder groups.
Lead the documentation and analysis of finance and leasing processes, ensuring clear and consistent requirements across markets.
Facilitate workshops with Finance, Leasing, and Property teams to validate pain points and define the target‑state operating model.
Ensure cross‑market alignment by balancing global standardization with necessary local requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications to support solution design and configuration
Support fit‑gap analysis, testing preparation, and validation activities, including development of test scenarios and data requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the project team, ensuring decisions and impacts are clearly understood and communicated.
Contribute to change impact assessments and help prepare business teams for the transition to the new processes and system.
