SnapFeedback is an AI-powered communication analytics application designed to help speakers boost engagement during meetings, presentations, and online classes. Using deep learning, we deliver real-time feedback to make communication more effective and impactful. Backed by institutions in Hong Kong and the UK, we're now working on exciting new projects—including smart glasses and real-time offline interaction support.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Build and implement software application
• Support the development and integration of audiences’ facial, motion, gaze detection and analysis into the system
• Research on the latest trends and advancements in deep learning technology to contribute to the continuous improvement of the software
• Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates to project manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Familiar with full-stack development technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Python (especially for AI or data processing)
• Proficient in APIs , version control (Git), and DevOps fundamentals (CI/CD, using tools like Postman and GitHub)
• Experience in deployment tools and environments such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with machine learning libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong problem-solving skills, passionate about emerging technologies, self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the development of both front-end and back-end of our web application
• Assist in building new features and optimizing performance and user experience
• Support the integration of AI components into the application
• Help implement key features such as real-time feedback, interactive dashboards, and meeting analytics
• Participate in testing, deployment, and maintaining clear documentation of product features
