Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Assume the position of global sales leader of the company, and lead the development of overseas markets (with emphasis on the UK, Europe, the United States, and Australia) customers and business expansion
  • Identify and introduce international buyers with large and stable procurement needs, and promote high-value transactions to be implemented, covering agents, wholesalers and retail terminals at multiple levels of distribution
  • Convert existing agents and wholesalers into long-term strategic supply partners, and establish a sustainable and replicable cross-border supply chain cooperation model
  • Lead multi-country procurement project coordination and execution, integrate Asian manufacturing resources and overseas procurement needs, and improve order scale and delivery efficiency
  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy with the goal of building a stable sales channel with annual revenue of $20 million to $30 million within two years
  • Step by step, build a institutionalized and scalable global sales system, including process standardization, team building and digital sales tool application

Work requirements

  • More than 10 years of international trade or global sales experience, with a deep focus on at least two of the following markets: the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia
  • Having a mature and stable international buyer network, especially large retailers, chain brands, importers or distribution groups, etc. high-potential customer resources
  • Familiar with the manufacturing ecology and supply chain operations in Asia (especially China and Southeast Asia), and able to efficiently connect overseas demand and local production capacity
  • Have excellent business negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication skills, and real-world experience in independently leading large sales projects
  • Applicants with team management or cross-departmental collaboration experience are preferred; senior sales executives, partners or those with autonomous customer resources from export trading companies are all welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English, can be used as a working language for high-level business conversations and document writing
