Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are a high-potential technology company serving clients across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and other ASEAN regions. We are seeking a strategic COO to operationalize our strategy.
The Role
You will translate strategy into execution, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and day-to-day leadership across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
1.Scale Operations: Design and implement processes for hyper-growth across regions. Oversee daily operations of tech (including blockchain infrastructure), product, and business teams.
2.Drive GTM & Growth: Lead market entry in Southeast Asia and beyond. Own P&L and key business metrics.
3.Build & Lead Teams: Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing distributed team. Foster operational rigor and Web3-native culture.
4.Enable Fundraising & Compliance: Support CFO in investor readiness and financial planning. Ensure operational compliance across jurisdictions.
Requirements
1.7+ years in operations/leadership at a tech, blockchain/Web3 company.
2.Proven experience scaling operations internationally.
3.Strong grasp of Web3 business models, tokenomics, and regulatory landscape.
4.Data-driven executor with P&L ownership experience.
5.Fluent in English; Mandarin or Southeast Asian languages a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Direct experience in a pre-IPO or public company environment.
2.Experience supporting a SPAC, IPO, or major fundraising round.
3.Operational background in both startup and scaled tech environments.
