Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the pre-painting treatment of the car body, including sanding, filling, masking and cleaning, etc., to ensure a smooth and flawless surface
Follow the original factory standards and customer requirements, accurately paint the primer, middle coat, top coat, and clear coat, and master various spray gun operations and air pressure adjustment skills
Proficient in the use of paint spray booths, strictly controlling baking temperature and time to ensure that the paint film hardness, gloss and adhesion meet the standards
Perform post-spray finishing operations such as polishing, waxing, and correcting minor defects to enhance the overall appearance and consistency of the finished product
Cooperate with the maintenance team to carry out collaborative operations, complete the delivery schedule on time, and participate in quality inspection and rework processing

Work requirements

Have at least 3 years of local car repair center or 4S store spray painting practical experience, familiar with the paint surface characteristics and repair process of European, Japanese and domestic car models
Able to independently judge color differences and be familiar with using computer color matching systems (such as BASF Glasurit, PPG Deltron), completing precise color matching and fine-tuning
Responsibility and attention to detail, able to withstand construction schedule pressure, basic Cantonese communication skills, able to read Chinese work orders and technical documents
