Compliance Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze all service agreements and provider agreements to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Assist internal teams with the overseas and relevant license application processes for various regulatory authorities, including managing and overseeing the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications while coordinating with external authorities as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to licensing, staying abreast of evolving regulations and advising on best practices to support business operations.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• LLB Bachelor’s Degree, PCLL, or an equivalent qualification

• 2-3 years of experience as a legal counsel

• Accounting/tax experience is a plus

• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

• Willing to learn, detail-minded, well-organized

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good team player

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
