Group Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial statements, including notes and disclosure schedules under HKFRS standard.

• Handle statutory accounts for Hong Kong and overseas entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Manage month-end closing activities and prepare audit schedules.

• Handle full sets of accounts for multiple companies and month-end closing.

• Complete group F/S consolidation independently

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or final level of related professional examination

• 3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment; exposure to listed companies preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/ HKFRS; experience in audit, statutory reporting, and tax compliance is a plus.

• Able to work under pressure

• Independent and team player

• Good command of Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
