Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide customers with post-secondary education and immigration identity planning related services, including designing appropriate solutions according to customer needs and being responsible for execution and follow-up.
Assist customers in asset allocation, wealth management and risk management strategy formulation, provide professional advice to optimize asset structure.
Answer customer inquiries and provide professional advice to maintain long-term stable customer relationships.
Collaborate with the team to complete project tasks, participate in internal company training and knowledge sharing, and enhance overall professional skills.
Provide high-quality after-sales service to customers, including insurance and other business

Requirements:

Have relevant financial, legal, immigration or financial planning professional background, those with relevant work experience are preferred.
Familiar with Hong Kong immigration policy and relevant laws and regulations, with good policy interpretation and application skills.
Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively handle customer needs and questions.
Have strong logical analysis and design capabilities, and be able to provide personalized solutions based on customer situations.
Have a team spirit, be able to cooperate efficiently and achieve team goals, and have a certain stress resistance ability.
