Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning and base treatment of indoor and outdoor walls to ensure a flat surface free of impurities, providing a good foundation for the subsequent painting process.

• Perform wall surface leveling work, including the use of gypsum, cement mortar or specialized leveling materials for repair and leveling, to meet the construction specification requirements for verticality and flatness.

• Proficiently operate the drum, spray gun, brush, etc. tools to complete the topcoat application (including latex paint, oil paint, etc.), ensuring consistent color, complete coverage, and a smooth surface without dripping.

• Coordinate with on-site engineering progress, collaborate with carpenters, masons, etc. related construction workers, and do a good job of site cleaning and tool maintenance after completion.

Work requirements

• Have 5 to 10 years of practical painting construction experience, familiar with the coating standards and acceptance procedures for common residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong.

• Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin; have good expression and understanding abilities, and be able to accurately receive instructions and drawing requirements from the construction site.

• Strong and healthy body, able to withstand high-altitude work (such as ladders, scaffolding), long hours of standing and handling materials; hard-working and patient, able to adapt to shift work and changes in construction site environment.

• Pay attention to personal appearance and workplace cleanliness, clean clothing, neat hairstyles, and non-smokers are given priority.
