China Merchants Securities and Haitong Securities Subsidiary Company Risk and Internal Control Management Position

1. Coordinate and promote the company to establish and improve a sound risk management and internal control system, and perfect relevant regulations;

2. Coordinate and conduct internal control evaluation work in the company, organize internal control deficiency identification and recognition, and supervise internal control deficiency rectification and acceptance;

3. Coordinate and conduct the company's internal control authority list construction work, and supervise and track the design and execution quality, efficiency of the company's business processes;

4. Organize and implement defect correction and special inspections;

6. Promote company risk management and internal control digital construction work;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

II. [Job Qualifications]

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience in large enterprises, accounting firms, etc., or with at least 3 years of internal control management, audit supervision, financial management, etc. Work experience; those with work experience in Hong Kong companies or listed companies are preferred;

2. Familiar with internal control, finance, audit or trade business operations and related laws and regulations, those who have wholesale and retail industry internal control supervision and inspection or process management experience are preferred;

3. Holders of CPA, ACCA, CIA, etc. professional qualification certificates are preferred;

4. Cantonese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing are fluent, and I have strong skills in public document research and report writing;

5. Have good organizational and coordination skills, analysis and judgment skills, communication and expression skills, and team spirit and strong work execution ability;

6. Have strong sense of responsibility, principles and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to business trips;

7. Have a valid Hong Kong work visa.
