Job Description

Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations and management of the store, ensuring that all business processes run smoothly
Supervise employees in implementing food safety and sanitation standards, and enforce cleaning and disinfection procedures
Scheduling and training new employees to improve team service quality and efficiency
Control inventory and material in and out, regularly conduct inventories to reduce waste and loss

Work requirements

Applicants with food and beverage industry management experience or practical experience as a chain restaurant general manager are preferred
Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively lead the team to achieve operating goals
Pay attention to details, have problem-solving skills and crisis management skills
