Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Telecom Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations across structured cabling, network infrastructure, and engineering projects

• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Monitor resource allocation, material usage, and site progress to optimize efficiency

• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and client proposals

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical specifications, and client requirements

• Lead operational reporting and performance tracking for ongoing and completed projects

• Monitor site installation team, manpower arrangement & quality control

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in structured cabling, datacom, access network, optical network, storage, or engineering operations

• Familiarity with cabling standards, fiber optics, data center layouts, and site coordination

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure
