[Job Responsibilities]

1. Greet customers and provide professional and personal product introduction and styling advice

Greet customers and offer styling advice and product introductions

2. Assist in the sales process and achieve personal and team sales targets

Assist in completing transactions and achieving sales targets

3. Process customer post-purchase services (such as reordering, packaging, modification and exchange)

Handle after-sales services including stock transfer, alterations, packaging, and returns/exchanges

4. Manage product delivery, display, inventory and daily store cleaning

Manage stock-in, product display, inventory, and maintain a tidy shop environment

5. Assist the supervisor in completing operational arrangements and other work items

Support daily shop operations and assist the supervisor as needed
