System Administrator
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the company's servers, network devices, operating systems and related software, ensuring stable operation of information technology infrastructure.

• Manage user accounts and permissions, supporting departmental account application, change and termination processes.

• Regularly monitor system performance and resource usage, and optimize and adjust to improve overall operating efficiency.

• Execute data backup and disaster recovery plan to ensure the safety and recoverability of critical data.

• Instantly handle system failures and technical issues, provide internal employees with technical support, and ensure daily operations are not interrupted.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields, with 1 to 3 years of practical experience in system administration.

• Familiar with Windows Server, Linux system operations and management, with basic knowledge of network architecture (such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

• Applicants with basic database management and firewall, anti-virus system, etc. are given priority.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, and with good English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for the high-end talent pass, excellent talent entry plan, non-local graduate retention/hire scheme, dependent visa or other legal work permit qualifications.
