Responsibilities:

• Responsible for welcoming customers and providing professional and friendly customer service
• Answer incoming calls to check, answer customer inquiries and handle related needs
• Schedule and process customer appointments to ensure a smooth process
• Perform daily administrative work, such as data input, file organization, etc.
• Build good relationships with customers, enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Have a polite and proactive work attitude, and have good communication skills
• Have a team spirit, be able to coordinate and cooperate with colleagues to complete tasks
• Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use office software fluently
• One or more years of B2B software-related experience is required, with clinic or beauty industry reception experience given priority
