院舍廚師 (High Salary Temporary Contract)- September 1st to November 30th

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare daily meals for residents and staff of a disabled persons' institution according to a dietary plan, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea breaks.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation of the food purchase list and inventory management, regular stocktaking of the food warehouse to ensure sufficient and fresh ingredients.</li><li>Pay attention to nutritional balance and special dietary needs during cooking, such as low-salt, liquid or easily swallowable foods.</li><li></li><li></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements </p><ul><li>Have secondary six education or above, able to read and write basic Chinese.</li><li></li><li>Familiar with Chinese cooking techniques, able to handle the preparation and distribution of large quantities of food.</li><li>Master good Cantonese communication skills and have basic Mandarin conversational skills.</li><li>Responsibility, patience, and team spirit, able to adapt to a high-stress work environment.</li></ul><p><br>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Monthly salary is HKD 26,000 to 28,000, depending on experience and performance.</li><li>The contract is for three months (from September 1 to November 30).</li><li>Working six days a week, rotating shifts, with a daily work schedule of ten hours plus one hour for lunch.</li><li>Working hours are from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm or from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, depending on the facility's schedule.</li></ul>
