Sales Associate

Working range:

• Provide excellent customer service experience
• Understand customer needs, recommend and assist customers in selecting suitable products
• Achieve team and personal sales and work goals
• Responsible for goods display, warehouse sorting, cashiering, inventory and daily store operations

Requirements:

• One or more years of retail or customer service experience, no watch retail experience is necessary, those who have previously worked for luxury or high-end fashion brands are preferred
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Passionate about the retail industry, with a focus on performance and customers
• Have good team spirit, proactive attitude, and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, with a sense of responsibility
