Commercial building technicians

Responsible for working as a technician in a commercial building to assist with daily maintenance and repairs to units to help tenants with leaky public areas Provide opinion reports to owners and management offices Need to have an A license

• Execute daily maintenance and repair work in a commercial building, including water and electricity, pipes, door locks, and other basic mechanical equipment Check and repair
• Assist tenants in handling unit leakage problems, conduct on-site inspections and provide preliminary solutions
• Inspect public places, server rooms, etc., to identify engineering issues and follow up immediately
• Submit technical opinions and written reports to the owner and property management office on public facilities or structural problems
• Cooperate with the management office to carry out emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the building

• At least three years of experience as a technician in a commercial building or property management company, familiar with the operation of common building equipment
• Able to handle general maintenance work independently
• Work attitude is serious, safety regulations are emphasized, and the building management regulations and work rules can be followed
