Customer Support Management Trainee(23-28K)

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Act as the main contact point for our B2B clients, handling enquiries, service requests, and follow‑ups with care

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate day‑to‑day support for projects, client events, and business initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Prepare simple reports, update client information, and keep all case records accurate and organised

•⁠ ⁠Spot recurring client needs or issues and help suggest improvements, plus support ad‑hoc tasks when required

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Higher Diploma or above in any discipline

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written); basic English is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable dealing with people

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills (MS Office, data input, email, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Proactive, detail‑minded, and willing to learn new things

•⁠ ⁠A team player with a positive, problem‑solving mindset
