Duties:
1. Global market strategy formulation and brand positioning
-Responsible for developing and executing the company's global market strategy, ensuring consistency with overall business objectives
-Push long-term brand strategy while controlling short-term marketing execution
2. Product market and content strategy
-Work closely with product, BD, and operations teams to jointly promote new products, transaction products, and interactive features
-Develop content marketing strategies and cover social media, communities, PR, public relations, brand storytelling, and all other channels
-Unify brand voice, ensure high-quality creative output
3. User growth and acquisition strategy
-Completely responsible for the user growth funnel, including acquisition, activation, retention, and re-marketing
-Lead multi-channel growth strategy: Advertising, performance marketing, KOL/KOC, community growth, content matrix
、cooperative marketing, etc.
-Manage marketing budget and ROI, continuously optimizing growth efficiency
4. Brand, creativity and public relations management
-Responsible for global brand stories, visual systems, and creative directions
-Manage global PR, public relations media, crisis management, brand reputation
-Increase the company's exposure and industry influence in the encryption industry
5. Team management and organizational building
-Build and manage a global market team across regions and cultures
-Develop team performance indicators, drive growth, creativity and market execution for efficient output
-Foster team member potential and build a highly collaborative market organization
Requirements:
-Must have cryptocurrency exchange background or internet giant related experience
-8 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years of management experience
-Deep understanding of web3 industry, trading products, user behavior, and industry trends
-Familiar with effect marketing, content marketing, KOL management, public relations strategy, market data analysis
