Responsibilities required
Full responsibility for daily operations and management of the store, coordinating inventory, production, and accounting work to ensure the store runs efficiently;
Lead store team building, responsible for employee recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation, stabilize team atmosphere, and improve team collaboration efficiency;
Develop and implement a store sales plan, lead the team to achieve sales targets, and plan small-scale online and offline promotional activities to boost store revenue;
Strictly enforce food safety-related standards, control raw materials, finished products, and store sanitation, and implement brand operations and food safety regulations;
Properly handle customer inquiries, complaints and various emergencies, maintain brand image and customer satisfaction, and do a good job of maintaining customer relationships;
Control store operating costs, optimize material loss and inventory management, and ensure store operating profits.
Recruitment requirements
Have strong stress resistance ability, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced work and peak flow of customers around the Hong Kong Science Museum;

Have independent recruitment capabilities, be able to complete store personnel recruitment and preliminary testing independently, and quickly supplement team manpower;
Skilled in team management, able to cohere the team, stabilize personnel retention, and create a positive and efficient store work atmosphere;

Strictly abide by food safety-related regulations and brand food safety standards, with strong food safety awareness and execution ability;
