Market Specialist

1. Customer expansion and maintenance: Responsible for expanding the market and customer resources, including but not limited to corporate customers, institutional customers, etc., establishing and expanding business cooperative relationships through multiple channels; maintaining close communication with existing customers and channels, in-depth understanding of their needs, providing professional service advice, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensuring long-term cooperation and business exchanges with customers.

2. Sales strategy formulation and execution: Based on the company's business objectives and market dynamics, formulate targeted service sales strategies, and implement various sales activities; analyze market data and customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to achieve continuous growth in sales performance, and complete personal and team sales task indicators.

3. Project follow-up and coordination: Responsible for the full process of customer projects, from requirement matching, solution customization to project implementation and delivery, ensuring smooth progress of the project; coordinate internal resources of the company, provide high-quality and efficient services to customers, and timely solve problems encountered in the project to protect customer rights.

4. Market information collection and analysis: Monitor industry and market dynamics, changes in policy and regulations, and competitive situations, collect and analyze relevant information, and provide valuable suggestions for adjusting the company's market strategy

II. Job Requirements

1. Educational requirements and professional background

Educational requirements: College degree or above.

Professional background: Marketing, finance, insurance or other sales-related fields.

2. Work experience

Market sales experience: Require 3 years or above of financial and insurance institutions, with market development and customer communication and cooperation channels of corporate marketing department work experience. Sales or customer management experience, with successful market or customer development and maintenance cases; familiar with the sales process, with strong market development and customer relationship management abilities.
