We're looking for a social media strategist who lives at the intersection of luxury, culture, and commerce. You know how to turn scrolls into sales, build communities that actually engage, and make algorithms work for you—not against you.

What you'll do:

• Scale our international following to 1M engaged users within 10 months

• Drive measurable e-commerce traffic via high-impact social content (Instagram Stories/Reels, TikTok, etc.) that converts

• Design and execute a tiered influencer strategy—from micro to macro—that delivers brand lift and ROI

• Own the international content calendar and creative strategy, ensuring every post has a purpose

• Partner closely with the China social team to keep global brand expression seamless and cohesive

• Deliver weekly performance reports, insights, and strategic pivots based on data

Who you are:

• Deeply passionate about modern luxury with an Asian spirit—you know the brand and its global potential

• Proven track record of growing social audiences and engagement (show us your work: personal accounts or brands you've scaled)

• Native-level English content creator; fluent in AI tools, editing platforms, and the art of speed with quality

• Based in Hong Kong or Shanghai, with a truly global outlook

• Obsessed with details, driven by process, and a natural collaborator
