Program Assistant

Duties & responsibilities:

• Organize and execute the programs approved by the Executive Committee of NSA;

• Undertake administrative and clerical duties;

• Provide secretarial support to the office-bearers and executives of NSA;

• Irregular working hours (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

Qualifications and experience required:

• Post-secondary qualification (with Sports / Recreation as one of the subjects is an advantage); or

• Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) andChinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Level 2 orabove in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent;

• A minimum of 1 years’ working experience;

• Good PC Knowledge (e.g. Chinese Word Input, MS Office,etc.;

• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
