<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>In this role, you will be at the forefront of project delivery, with a focus on:</p><ul><li><strong>End-to-End Project Leadership:</strong> Take ownership of building services from conception to completion. You will be the central point of contact for all MEP coordination, working hand-in-hand with the commissioning team to ensure systems are installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and handed over seamlessly.</li><li><strong>Proactive Coordination & Supervision:</strong> Provide complete building services engineering support by meticulously coordinating and inspecting the work of domestic and nominated subcontractors. Your sharp eye for detail will ensure all installations meet our rigorous quality, safety, and design standards.</li><li><strong>Diverse Project Portfolio Management:</strong> Manage and coordinate building services for a wide array of projects, including new builds, Additions & Alterations (A&A), and complex renovation works, keeping you engaged and constantly challenged.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:</strong> Act as the key liaison between clients, main contractors, specialist suppliers, and internal teams. You will facilitate clear communication to ensure smooth execution, resolve on-site challenges, and keep the project on track.</li><li><strong>Technical Documentation & Design Input:</strong> Prepare and review critical project documentation, including engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents. Your expertise will shape the project from the design phase onwards.</li><li><strong>Active Project Participation:</strong> Be a vocal and present member of the project team, attending and contributing to design meetings, progress updates, and site inspections to drive decisions and maintain project momentum.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field</li><li>5+ years' experience in building services project management, preferably within the commercial/industrial sectors</li><li>Thorough understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and the wider project team</li><li>Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools</li><li>Familiar with local building regulations and codes</li></ul><ul><li>Familiar with AutoCAD operation, CSD and CBWD preparation.</li><li>preferably worked in Contractor;</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>work on site</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits<br></strong>• 5-Day Work Week<br>• Working from 09:30 to 17:30<br>• Double pay<br>• Discretionary Bonus<br>• Paid Annual Leave<br>• Paid Sick Leave</p>
