Senior Quantity Surveyor/ QS (E&M)

About this role

Currently we are looking for a (Senior) Quantity Surveyor for our client who has solid QS experience in E&M function to join their project management team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full QS services from pre-contract to post-contract administraction.

• Assist in estimations, specifications, tendering, valuation of interim payments and variations, quotations and final accounts, etc.

• Manage and coordinate with consultants on contracts administrations.

• Assist in building cost database.

Requirement:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Stuies or relevant disciplines is preferred.

• 5+ years of solid experience in E&M QS, experience gained from client-side or consultancy is highly preferred.

• Experience in E&M QS for A&A, fitting-out, renovation projects, data centre is highly preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
