Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform financial statement audits, internal control audits, and special audits, covering risk assessment, control testing, and substantive procedures throughout the process.
Independently compile complete, compliant and logical audit working papers, ensuring that all audit evidence is sufficient, appropriate and meets the requirements of the Accountancy Association and relevant standards.
Write clear, objective, and constructive audit reports and management advice, accurately reflecting the financial condition, internal control deficiencies, and improvement directions of the audited unit.
Effective communication with customer management and governance, explaining audit findings, opinion type basis and key audit issues, and assisting in improving financial transparency and governance standards.
Support the team in completing the audit plan formulation, time progress control, cross-departmental collaboration and provision of supplementary information required by the supervisory authority.

Requirements:

Have a university degree or above in accounting, auditing, finance or related fields, and holding a Chinese Republic Certified Public Accountant certificate is preferred; fresh graduates with internship experience or passing some parts of the Certified Public Accountant exam can also be considered.
Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Chinese General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant audit standards (such as audit standard announcements), and able to correctly apply them to actual audit judgments.
Have basic financial analysis skills and digital tool application experience (such as Excel advanced functions, ERP system operations, basic data comparison techniques), and be able to identify abnormal signs from financial data.
Have good communication and coordination skills and a professional skepticism attitude, be able to think independently, clarify the essence of the problem, and handle sensitive information with professional ethics, honesty, and confidentiality.
Pay attention to details, have a high sense of responsibility and time management skills, and be able to adapt to project-oriented work mode and reasonable range of travel or flexible work hours.
