Cashier (Hong Kong)

Duties:

1. Responsible for reimbursement work, including receipt management and preliminary review of receipts based on company policies;

2. Responsible for the cashier's work, compiling bank vouchers, and summarizing income and expenditure progress statements;

3. Carry out income statistics, responsible for and business team income verification, and summarize contract progress table;

4. Responsible for foreign exchange income, overseas payment, etc. declaration work, and do a good job of daily liaison with the bank;

5. Assist the financial manager in carrying out asset management work, and regularly participate in the company's asset inventory and inspection work;

6. Responsible for the daily management of financial accounting archives, including invoice binding, statement binding, ledger binding, and other accounting information binding;

7. Cooperate with various auditing tasks;

8. Perform other financial tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience;

3. More than one year of professional work experience in independently completing the entire financial accounting process;

4. Familiar with the Enterprise Accounting System and other national accounting regulations and tax policies;

5. Familiar with financial software and related office application software operations and use;

6. Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills;

7. Honesty and dedication, striving for progress, and able to work under pressure.
