Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, and neat placement of all tableware, cookware, and utensils in the restaurant or kitchen;
Follow standard operating procedures for using dishwashers and hand washing equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene meet the requirements of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and internal quality standards;
Regularly clean the dishwashing area, drain, filter net and related equipment, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment;
Assist kitchen colleagues with simple logistics support, such as moving food packaging, replenishing cleaning supplies and recycling waste;
Follow food safety rules and workplace safety guidelines, and proactively report equipment failures or potential health hazards.

Work requirements

No need for relevant work experience, welcome newcomers to apply, but they must have basic Chinese communication skills and a attitude of obedience to instructions;
Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods of time and carry out daily lifting and repetitive tasks;
Pay attention to personal hygiene and neatness, and be willing to follow strict cleaning and disinfection procedures;
Honest and reliable, hard-working and stable, and able to cooperate with shift arrangements (including early, late and holiday shifts)
