Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the company's daily cash management, including cash receipts and payments, bank account management, bill verification, and fund transfer, to ensure the safety and efficiency of cash flow.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the posting and verification of general ledger and detailed ledger, collaborating with the accounting team to complete the closing process, and providing timely financial analysis support for business decisions.
Manage payment application process, strictly enforce internal approval procedures, monitor budget execution, and propose cost control and fund utilization optimization suggestions.
Cooperate with internal and external audits, prepare relevant vouchers and data, ensure financial operations comply with regulations, and assist in improving financial internal control systems.

Work requirements

Have a university degree in accounting, finance or related fields, and hold a professional certificate such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or related professional certification is preferred.
Five years of financial management or cashiering practical experience, of which at least two years are spent in a supervisory position, familiar with Taiwan's Commercial Accounting Law, Tax Collection and Payment Law, and Enterprise Income Tax Declaration and Payment Operations.
Proficient in Excel high-level functions and financial systems (such as Dingxin, Dingjie, SAP or Oracle), with the ability to automatically compile financial statements and perform financial analysis.
Have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality, be able to handle sensitive financial matters independently, have strong stress resistance, and have cross-departmental coordination and team leadership experience.
